Before launching Apex Digital Partners, Gordon spent over a decade working in digital marketing. Starting in sales and moving into a technical sales role, he supported a large team of representatives, focusing on high-value opportunities and key accounts.

In that position, he worked directly on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and revenue growth—contributing to millions of dollars in managed business. He also played a key role in sales training, collaborating with development teams on new product initiatives and enhancements, and leading internal efforts to communicate and train sales teams on how to position and sell those solutions effectively.

More importantly, he developed a deep understanding of what drives results, what slows progress, and where clients are often underserved.

That experience eventually brought a turning point—one that led to building something of his own. Like many business owners, it came down to a simple idea: take everything learned over the years and apply it in a way that better serves the client. After all, isn’t that why most people start a business?
